Step 2: Verification & authorization
Once we receive the referral, our team will promptly verify insurance benefits and coordinate prior authorization requirements.
Step 3: Personalized patient care
Our clinical team creates a tailored care plan based on each patient’s unique needs, covering education, adherence support, and access to specialty medications.
Step 4: Medication shipping & administration
We can ship medications directly to homes, provider’s offices, or patients can pick them up at our Honolulu pharmacy or infusion centers for convenient administration.
Step 5: Ongoing communication
We provide regular updates on patient progress, including treatment milestones, adherence tracking, and any potential side effects or concerns.

Our collaborative approach helps keep you informed and aligned with your treatment goals. Providers can also access our proprietary portal 24/7 and view care plans, progress notes, and assessments.
Yes, HSP provides ambulatory infusion services that can be administered at a patient’s home, your office, or one of our ambulatory infusion centers (AICs). We also supply the necessary equipment and monitor patients during their infusion.
HSP specializes in managing a range of acute and chronic conditions, including those in oncology, neurology, gastroenterology, dermatology, rheumatology, and immunology. Our therapies include biologics, IV antibiotics, IVIG therapy, TPN, and more.
